It's a bit too humid outside to do any real yard work but I did manage to get out a bit with my camera and take some photos of some of the things I have growing around the outside of the house. Here are a few of them.

My wife had yet another photoshoot yesterday, her fourth in two weeks. She was paid good money for this one though, so no complaints from me, even as I took the day off so I could accompany her. Some of the poses were a bit too steamy to share but here are the PG-ish behind the scenes photos I captured with my cell phone . Model: Cynthia Helmer

We didn't get the rain that was in the forecast, so I slipped out for a walk at lunch today. Since they were mowing the trails, there wasn't as much to see but I did come across some pelicans swimming in the pond and grabbed a couple photos.

It hasn't been easy getting out for walks. The rain has many of the trails flooded and I had to walk through an inch of water just to cross a bridge over a pond today. I did manage to get out for a while, however, and snapped a few photos. Here are some of them.

The sun is finally starting to come out after a whole bunch more rain yesterday and last night. While outside, I decided to take a photo of the rose we have growing by our house that finally bloomed. I got the plant for my wife as a Mother's Day gift this year.

Technically, my wife and I did not have a photoshoot together today. She had one with a professional photographer and I had just planned on staying out of the way while snapping behind-the-scenes shots for her. However, he had no problem with me getting some photos too, and I took advantage of that, along with him helping her pose (something I'm still not great at). Here are some of the photos I got. My wife may or may not have a photoshoot today, it will depend on the weather and as of right now, it's 50/50. However, she did have one yesterday evening, a mini golf outing with multiple photographers taking turns since it was just her and one other model. I tagged along and while playing through most of the holes on the course (I didn't keep score), snapped some behind-the-scenes shots with my cell phone . Then, on the way home, we stopped at a now abandoned restaurant with various alien and dinosaur statues and had our own photoshoot. Model: Cynthia Helmer
